Nestled amidst the Aravalli Hills, the charming town of Nathdwara is literally translates to "The Gateway of the Lord'. It is situated in the heart of Rajasthan, on the banks of river Banas and is a pristine picturesque location. It is also a sacred Hindu site and is flocked by thousands of tourists every year. Let us tell you that “Eklingji Temple” has true stories of their devotees whose problems had been solved in the age of Indra and Treta age. The Temple had been worshipped by the queen of the goddess Nandini. Kamdhenu worshipped Eklingji in the Treta Yuga when Kamdhenu was afraid of Vishwamitra and his armies. He started worshipping Eklingji and the armies of Vishwamitra were defeated to the delight of Guru Vashistha. This place holds spiritual importance because of the presence of Eklingji temple. Kind Maharana of Udaipur ruled by him and representative of Shri Eklingji.
Eklinji Darshan Timings: The Eklingji temple is open all seven days of the week. The temple darshan timings are in the morning from 4.30 am to 7.00 am, in the afternoon from 10.30 am to 1.30 am and in the evening from 5.00 pm to 7.30 pm.
